Hello, my name is Charles Parker. I started On-Site Computer Support Inc.® in 1994 and have been providing my clients with first class computer networking service ever since. As an independent computer networking analyst and a business owner, I care about my clients and their business. You will never get that same quality of support from an employee of a computer company.

I aspire to long term relationships and respond promptly to my clients needs whenever a problem may arise. When you call, you get me, which means you never get the run around. Many of my clients have been with me for over ten years. I am partnered with Microsoft and I specialize in their Small Business Server product which is designed to allow businesses with up to 75 users to have the same productivity tools at their fingertips as the large corporations. It is affordable and very capable. I usually work with businesses that have between ten to thirty computers and I keep my client list short enough to provide them all with personalized service and great response times.

On-Site Computer Support is a Veteran Owned Business making it qualified to do business as a VOB for Federal, State, County and City agencies. We are listed it the CCR database.
